The Global Esports Federation (GEF), is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the credibility, legitimacy, and prestige of esports worldwide. Established in 2019, GEF currently has 172 member nations worldwide, uniting stakeholders from various sectors, including esports, sports, technology, and education, to foster the global development of competitive gaming.
GEF organizes major international events, including the flagship Global Esports Games (GEG) and the pro-series Global Esports Tour (GET), which bring together top players and teams from around the world. The organization also collaborates with industry leaders to advance esports governance, digital innovation, and athlete development.
ESSF has been an official member of GEF since June 2022. The GEF member countries can be found on the official website.
